I’m a 28-year-old mother of one, I am 1.60 metres tall and have a BMI over 35. My goal is to get to a healthy BMI of 24.9. I have tried many diets: Akins, Weight Watchers, low carb, high protein, liquid only diet, etc. and I have found most of them hard to stick to. The longest diet plan I was able to stick with was weight watchers and I managed to lose 10 kilos but when I stopped I put 15 kilos back on. My problem isn’t really what I eat but how much I eat. I just can’t stop eating.
A friend of mine lost weight using Herbalife and gave me a sample kit. After three days I was hooked. My energy levels increased as did my concentration. I felt I had the energy to exercise, which I hadn’t felt in a long time. What was more is that I didn’t feel hungry and the shakes filled me up. No more snacking.
So now here I am one day after the Herbalife sample kit getting ready to change my life. This blog is to document my journey and to keep me motivated. I’ll be updating once a week on my Herbalife progress. Other updates include exercise using the FitStar app and the occasional recipes.
