Today I decided to have a salad for lunch. The recipe is as follows:
- peeled and cooked prawns
- grated yellow carrot
- iceberg lettuce
- romaine lettuce
- a tablespoon of tzatziki
It’s colourful and delicious.
Update: I noticed that where I didn’t have my afternoon shake, I felt rather sluggish this evening.
This afternoon wanted to try a more savoury shake so I looked in my fridge and spotted some cucumber. This was the result:
- Half a cucumber
- Herbalife lemon tea
- A dash of soy milk
- A scoop of Herbalife Formula 1 vanilla protein powder
I blitzed it in my Magic Bullet and ended up with this. It was a hot day and it felt really refreshing. I was surprised how tastey it was.
