Today I decided to have a salad for lunch. The recipe is as follows:

  • soybeans
  • peeled and cooked prawns
  • grated yellow carrot
  • iceberg lettuce
  • romaine lettuce
  • radicchio
  • a tablespoon of tzatziki

It’s colourful and delicious.

Update: I noticed that where I didn’t have my afternoon shake, I felt rather sluggish this evening.
